Lauren Goodman: A Dedicated Instructor Bringing Expertise to ADTC Summer Camps

Lauren Goodman has had an amazing dance journey. This makes her a great person to teach girls at the summer dance classes at American Dance Training Camps. Lauren Goodman grew up in Ohio. When she was a kid Lauren Goodman took a lot of ballet classes with the Gem City Ballet Pre-Professional Company. She learned from some good teachers, like Barbara Pontecorvo, Dan Duell and Nilas Martins.

On Lauren Goodman danced with the Dayton Ballet Company. Then she went to Wright State University to learn more about dance. At Wright State University Lauren Goodman studied dance, jazz dance, contemporary dance and how to make up her own moves.

Lauren kept getting better at dancing in San Francisco with the Alonzo King Lines Contemporary Ballet trainee program.

She is now going to Northern Michigan University to get a degree in Exercise Science. She is also learning a lot about Dance.

Lauren has danced in some big roles like the Black Swan in Swan Lake and Cinderella and Balanchine’s Serenade.

The Alonzo King Lines Contemporary Ballet trainee program really helped her.

Lauren is very good at dancing and she loves it this is easy to see when she is teaching kids at summer camp sessions.
